This sales and cancellation/return policy applies to all purchases made through our Bosque Agua de Mayo website, bosqueaguademayo.com. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this policy.
2. Purchase Process
Prices might include or not VAT depending on the final destination.
Prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice.
The purchase process is carried out through our secure payment platform, which uses the Redsys payment system or bank transfer.
Any purchase procedure for foreign countries and Spanish islands will need to go through contact to ven@bosqueaguademayo.com
Only mainland purchase can go directly through web shop at www.bosqueaguademayo.com
3. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.). Includes the option of deferred payment through Plazox for up to 12 months.
Bank transfer.
4. Order Confirmation
Once payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Please carefully review the information and contact us immediately if you find any errors.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is carried out within 60–90 business days after payment confirmation under current circumstances.
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and the delivery address.
We are committed to informing the customer of any delivery delays.
6. Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations may be made within the first 24 hours after order confirmation.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
7. Return Policy
The complete furniture unit with fountain and tree may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
The ultra-concentrated aromatic liquid expressly chosen by the client will be deducted from the refund. It will be removed by the client and it will remain the property of the client so they may use it as they wish.
In the case of model L, 2 liters will be charged at €138 + VAT per liter = €276 + VAT. In the case of model XL, €552 + VAT will be charged, as it uses 4 liters instead of 2. These amounts will be deducted from the refund, as they are bottles prepared exclusively for the client and cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition as it was installed.
Returns are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or does not correspond to the order placed. In such cases, it will be replaced with the same product originally ordered.
Customized or made-to-measure products cannot be returned; in this case, the aromatic liquid.
For return, except different approach by contract,
The client will empty the aromatic liquid by their own means and keep it. They will securely pack Bosque Agua de Mayo by their own means and send it back to C/ Clara Campoamor, 11, 31350 Peralta. Once it has been verified that Bosque Agua de Mayo is in perfect condition, the purchase amount will be refunded except for the cost stated above for the liters of aroma opened for the client according to the model.

9. Refunds
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The liters of customized aroma will be discounted from refund as explained in section 7 according to the model. These liters will remain the property of the client.
